Bilingual Account Transitions Coordinator
Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Account Transitions Coordinator to join our client’s team based in Toronto, ON. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $28.62 per hour. As a key player in managing the transition experience for Elite Clients, including Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers, you will ensure the smooth processing of complex asset transfer requests while maintaining high standards of service. Reporting to the Team Lead, Account Transition Services, you will be responsible for meticulous investigation and communication of transfer requests, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Pay rate: $28.62/hour.
Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid – 3-4 days in office per week
Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Meticulous attention to detail when investigating transfers to ensure accuracy.
Manage Transition mailboxes and investigate transfers promptly to meet the SLA of 24 hours.
Communicate with clients regarding transfers that are NIGO (not in good order) and provide detailed rejections and follow-up actions.
Follow up with relinquishing institutions up to 75 times per day, ensuring the status of transfers is obtained and resolved.
Process journals (Cash & Securities) in accordance with policies.
Engage with clients to resolve outstanding transition-related issues and improve the client experience.
Continuously seek process improvements to enhance the client experience and operational efficiencies.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive digital adoption.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external requirements.
Meet with clients to explain transfer processes and requirements.
Identify patterns in transfer initiations, rejections, and asset trends.
Draft and update user guides as necessary to support the team.
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Post-secondary education with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial services or related environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with IBM-OSS, AS400, CDS/ARROW, and FUNDSERV is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency in completing tasks.
Proven ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
A desire for continuous learning and improvement.
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) Certification would be an asset.
