Luxury Automotive Host

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Luxury Automotive Host to join the front-line team at a prestigious Porsche dealership in North York, ON. This is more than a reception role — it’s an opportunity to deliver a first-class luxury experience that reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of the Porsche brand. As the face of the dealership, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, seamless, and high-touch environment for every client and visitor from the moment they walk through the door.

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

• Location: North York, ON

• Job type: Long term contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and professional environment to all customers upon entry.

• Greet and escort guests to the appropriate department (Sales or Service) and offer refreshments.

• Build rapport with current customers, leads, and prospects to support relationship-building and retention.

• Connect customers with the appropriate team member to guide them through their journey efficiently.

• Brief Porsche team members in advance about scheduled customer visits and highlight any specific needs or preferences.

• Perform daily showroom checks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and brand standards are upheld.

• Maintain and operate all digital showroom equipment and customer-facing touchpoints.

• Assist in verifying and updating customer data to ensure accuracy.

• Support the dealership team in organizing and executing customer events.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer experience and dealership operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail or automotive dealership environment

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Basic proficiency with digital tools and showroom technologies

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is an asset

• Passion for luxury automotive brands and customer experience excellence

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
