Accounts Payable Clerk (Temporary – 1 Month+)

Location: Midtown Toronto
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Assignment Length: 1 month+ (potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: $22-25/hr
Software Requirement: Sage Intacct (must?have)

About the Role
Our client in midtown Toronto is seeking an immediate Accounts Payable Clerk for a 1 month+ temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong data processing skills along with hands-on proficiency in Sage Intacct.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently

• Match, code, and enter invoices into Sage Intacct

• Perform weekly cheque runs, EFTs, and payment batches

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files

• Support the finance team with other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ideally some Accounts Payable experience; strong data entry and processing skills

• Sage Intacct experience is mandatory

• High attention to detail with excellent accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
