Amazon Channel Manager

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly skilled and motivated Amazon Channel Manager to join their growing team in Aurora, ON. This is a hands‑on eCommerce role that oversees the day‑to‑day execution, strategy, and performance of the company’s Amazon business across Canada and the United States.
You should be a mid‑level professional with deep experience in Amazon Vendor Central (VC) and Seller Central (SC), strong operational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across supply chain, finance, marketing, and leadership.

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $80,000/year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management (Vendor Central & Seller Central)
Own daily operations for Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts.
Monitor account health, performance KPIs, chargebacks, shortages, and compliance alerts.
Investigate and resolve operational issues including order discrepancies, pricing errors, catalog issues, and sales execution challenges.
Manage pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and deal submissions.
Execute and optimize promotions such as Coupons, Lightning Deals, VC Promotions, SC Discounts.
Track promotional performance and provide data-driven insights to increase sales and margin.
Support seasonal and event-driven initiatives (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, new product launches).
Inventory, Supply Chain & Order Operations
Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to forecast demand accurately.
Manage inventory health, sell-through, weeks of cover, and replenishment performance.
Coordinate purchase orders, ASNs, shipment accuracy, and fulfillment readiness.
Identify and escalate risks including overstock, out-of-stock, or operational bottlenecks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the central point of coordination for all Amazon-related business activities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Content, and Marketing teams.
Translate Amazon policies, changes, and performance risks into actionable internal strategies.
Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards on:
Sales performance and growth trends
Inventory health and operational risks
Promotional outcomes
Key operational metrics and KPIs
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience required to understand supply chain and seasonal planning.
Strong analytics skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and large datasets.
Deep operational knowledge of:
Pricing and promotional mechanics
Inventory workflows and demand planning
Amazon fees, chargebacks, shortages, and compliance management
Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial drive.
Creative, resourceful, and comfortable navigating challenges independently.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
