Adecco is currently seeking a Administrative Support professional for a full-time temporary contract in Saint John, NB (West side). This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong customer service and organizational skills looking for short-term administrative work.

As a Administrative Support team member, you will perform essential administrative tasks, ensure staff are checked in and out efficiently, and assist with paperwork and other duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations.

  • Salary: $17/hour

  • Location: Saint John, NB - West side (reliable transportation required)

  • Job Type: Full-time | Temporary (4–8 weeks)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform light administrative duties, including paperwork and filing

  • Organize and check in all staff arriving on site in the morning and check them out at the end of the day

  • Ask questions and complete necessary paperwork accurately

  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and manage administrative tasks efficiently

  • Reliable transportation required due to limited public transit access
