Administrative Clerk
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support a dynamic team? Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Administrative Clerk to keep our client’s office running smoothly in North York, ON. In this role you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations within the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves managing office communications, maintaining records, and providing assistance to staff and visitors, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the workplace.

Pay Rate: $23/hour
Location: North York, ON
Shift: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:
Attend regular sleep lab meetings
Answer general questions from physicians and patients and book sleep study appointments. Ensure requisition is received and reviewed by medical director
Keep patient files organized and complete
Confirm appointments with patients 2 days prior to study date
Notify referring physicians upon patient cancellations or no-shows (Appendix I)
Document all phone conversations with physicians and patients and keep in patient chart
General office duties (filing, mailing, ordering office supplies, etc.)
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Experience working in a medical/clinic environment
Admin experience
