Accounts Receivable Agent

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Agent to join our clients finance team in Edmonton, AB. This role is crucial in managing the company’s incoming payments and ensuring that we maintain healthy cash flow. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

• Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour

• Location: Edmonton, AB

• Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 hours a day

• Job type: Temporary with possibility of extension | Full-time | 1-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Billing Adjustments

• Collection Calls/Emails

• Sending invoice/Statement copies

• Set up Monthly CC in CyberSource

• Process payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business is required.

• Minimum 1-3 years of collections & Account Receivable experience is required.

• Customer Service Experience in office environment. Experience dealing with customers on a daily basis is required. 

• Strong Oral & written communication skills. 

• Proficient with MS Office suite

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
