Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator - Parts  to join our client’s team for a Temporary role located in Ajax, ON. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of domestic invoices, maintaining database integrity, and supporting various aspects of the parts payable process.

  • Pay Rate:  $25.00/hour.

  • Location: Ajax, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays in office)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all assigned domestic invoices (Spot Buy, Scheduling Agreements, and Drop Ship) are prepared, audited, and posted in the system within the established payment and month end timelines.

  • Utilize and provide any manual updates to the EDI Microsoft database daily for data entry processing or documenting of processing errors.

  • Ensure accuracy of automated oil billings through daily/monthly query analysis

  • Verify any transportation claims in the client Parts Portal to enable processing of open invoices without a system Goods Receipt entry.

  • Coding and Logging all Manual purchase order or scheduling agreement invoice discrepancies.

  • Prepare, send and track any EDI invoice discrepancy correspondence to vendors with clearly identified actions and requirements for resolutions.

  • Supporting the Parts Inquiry Mailbox as needed

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement, thus always striving for automated, error free and efficiency processes.

  • Ensure that all domestic parts invoice process and desk procedure documentation are prepared, tested, and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable

  • Experience in automotive or transportation sector

  • Clear Criminal background check is required
