Adecco is currently hiring a temporary, full-time  Administrative support - Billing and Collection for our client, a reputable Crown Corporation in Regina, SK. To qualify for this role, you must be able to work from the downtown office, have stellar administrative skills, and be able to commit to full time work. This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, a good understanding of Canadian postal processes and Canadian addresses and some initiative to do additional investigation of the problem , and available in the Regina area.

  • Location: Regina, SK 

  • Shifts: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM 

  • Job type: Full-time |  Temporary 

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • logging the returned item into the billing system on the correct account

  • doing the investigation on why the item was returned by Canada Post

  • Record Management

  • Mail room experience.

  • Data Entry

  • Detail Oriented

  • Independent Worker

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications

  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience is required in a face paced environment

  • 2+ years of Mailing Industry Experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to kneel, lift, stand and walk throughout the shift 

  • Availability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours) 

  • Ability to motivate and coach others as well as provide feedback

  • Ability to plan, organize and follow up

  • Ability to find solutions to problems and make decisions

  • Ability to multitask, adapt and cope with challenging situations.
