Account Receivable Agent

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients finance team in Edmonton, AB. This role is crucial in managing the company’s incoming payments and ensuring that we maintain healthy cash flow. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

• Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour

• Location: Edmonton, AB

• Shift: Monday – Friday; 8 hours a day

• Job type: Temporary with possibility of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Billing Adjustments

• Collection Calls/Emails

• Sending invoice/Statement copies

• Set up Monthly CC in CyberSource

• Process payments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business Administration is required.

• Minimum 1-3years of collections & Account Receivable experience is required.

• Customer Service Experience in office environment. Experience dealingwith customers on daily bases is required.

• Strong Oral & written communication skills.

• Proficient with MS Office suite

• Must be local to Edmonton and legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
