Adecco is currently seeking an Account Manager for a 3-month hybrid contract in Toronto, ON. In this role, you’ll support clients in the financial services sector by managing daily service needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with Portfolio Managers, Introducing Brokers, and internal teams. Ideal for a proactive professional with wealth management experience who excels in client service and communication.
Pay rate: $30/hour.
Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Possess knowledge of the structure, procedures, and systems used within NBIN and related support areas
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through collaboration with internal departments and divisions within our client’s divisions
Ensure a high level of customer service by keeping clients informed about new developments, products, and services
Respond to all inquiries within established SLAs and provide timely, thorough issue resolution
Use Salesforce Service Cloud for tracking inquiries and escalations
Conduct client meetings, document service issues, and ensure timely follow-up
Educate clients on policies, procedures, and tools that impact their business operations
Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance client relationships
Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and industry functions
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
University degree with a minimum of two years in a wealth management service role
Canadian Securities Course (CSC) required; Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) an asset
Knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects of the industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Self-starter who thrives independently and within a team
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
