Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and professional Account Manager to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for client service, and a keen understanding of the brokerage or service industry.   • Pay rate: $30.97/hour.

  • Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid - 3 days in office per week

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by coordinating efforts with internal services and divisions of NBIN and National Bank.

  • Ensure clients are kept informed of all new developments, products, and services that impact their business. Provide timely resolutions to any client issues.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and various operational sectors within NBIN, ensuring proactive and timely execution of tasks.

  • Organize regular client meetings, document operational and service issues, track and resolve ongoing matters.

  • Offer advice on NBIN policies, procedures, and training directly impacting the client’s business.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance the business relationship and improve overall service delivery.

  • Represent NBIN at client meetings and professional events.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • University degree with at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service role.

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset.

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory aspects of the industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Autonomous, able to work independently, and a strong team player.

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
