- Pay rate: $30.97/hour.
- Location: Calgary, AB
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Understand the structure, procedures, and systems used by NBIN and its support sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by coordinating with various internal services and divisions of NBIN and National Bank.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by keeping clients informed of developments, products, and services relevant to their needs.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison with various operational sectors of NBIN, ensuring timely task execution.
- Organize regular client meetings, documenting ongoing operational and service issues for resolution.
- Advise clients on NBIN policies, procedures, and training that impact their firms.
- Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance client relationships.
- Represent NBIN professionally at client meetings and events.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- University degree with at least two years of experience in a brokerage or service role.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a definite asset.
- Knowledge of industry regulatory aspects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Autonomous, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
