For one of our clients, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for Supply & Customer Service Specialist to support their processes.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Sales Support Activities
‒ You drive the full sales order activity by assuring accurate information, up to date in the ERP, receive customer orders, check all order data incl. fix and variable print data for finished product, allocate in alignment with CMO planning bulk quantities and send customer order confirmation
‒ You drive the customer order at CMO by assuring to have all required and accurate printed secondary packaging material, instructing the CMO for packaging and monitoring the order progress.
‒ You execute the customer order to pre-avis ready shipment to customer, in closed alignment and regular exchange with CMO, prepare all documentation incl. export and quality documents according to customer requirement, prepare and send invoice and coordinate pickup of the shipment.
‒ You drive for printed packaging materials all artwork changes in terms of new version in closed collaboration with customer, QA, CMO and printing house and assure in-time availability at CMO by placing order to printing house, and all activities reflected in ERP.
‒Supportive tasks: Forecasting, assure timely payments, quality documents handling, sales statistics, deviations and change control in alignment with QA/RA

Customer Relationship
‒ You are first face to customer and important face to CMOs. A professional balance between strict acting, where needed, service perception, where value adding and reliable working style is mandatory.

Sales reporting and analysis
‒ Keep up to date with products, prices, competitors and the market in order to answer customer queries correctly and help sales representatives prepare for sales meetings.


Required qualifications:
‒ Commercial Education and/or degree Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
‒ Several years of relevant experience in customer service, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and/or inworking with CMOs. ‒ Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
‒ Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office; Familiar with Dynamics 365 is of advantage
‒ Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
‒ Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, structured, and solution-driven approach.

Desired qualifications (nice to have)
‒ Experience in GDP/GMP environments.
‒ Understanding of API/FDF regulatory and technical requirements.
‒ Experience in international logistics, customs, and documentation handling.

Skills:
‒ Strong customer service skills for accurate order execution
‒ Accurate working perception like artwork handling with fix & variable data handling
‒ Clear instruction provider to external service organisation, best pharma CMO
‒ Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in sales reporting and performance analysis.
‒ Customer-focused problem solver who listens actively and works proactively to improve service and product offerings.
