Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for а detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their team, supporting commercial operations and execution for the Spanish market. This role combines administrative coordination, promotional logistics, and goods management, ensuring smooth collaboration across commercial teams and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage requests related to commercial assets and materials, including promotional tools and goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of installations, withdrawals, and maintenance activities through internal systems (SAP, PAM).
- Support the deployment of national and local promotional plans by managing logistics, material distribution, and system updates.
- Maintain and update framework contracts and documentation related to commercial activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimize material usage, and coordinate with external agencies for deliveries and activations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as delivery notes, worksheets, and dispute resolution, ensuring smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams, providing updates and support throughout the lifecycle of plans and goods management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English – at least level B2/C1.
- At least 2- 3 years of experience in a similar role involving trade marketing, logistics coordination, or commercial operations.
- Proficient in Excel – practical experience is a must, as the role involves active data handling and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and data management tools.
- Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or international environment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, process simplification, and problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
