Senior BI Developer

Our client, a top FMCG company, is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join their team. This position focuses on improving and supporting end-to-end BI solutions. You will work closely with reporting teams and business units to deliver clear, reliable, and useful insights that help drive business decisions. The role requires both strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BI strategy and contribute new ideas for improving reports and dashboards
• Build scalable workflows and ETL processes
• Develop data models and Power BI reports
• Ensure high data quality and consistency
• Lead BI projects from start to finish
• Read and debug SQL queries
• Identify opportunities to improve existing BI tools and processes
• Mentor junior BI developers
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Build good relationships with internal teams
• Explain technical topics in a clear and simple way
• Support reporting system updates and upgrades

Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or shared services environment
• Strong technical skills: Power BI, SQL
• Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive mindset with a strong can-do attitude
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• English – C1 or above
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field

Nice to Have:

• Git or version control experience
• Experience with Salesforce APIs
• Knowledge of Agile
• Experience with Business Warehouse
