RTR Accountant with English (Regular and Senior)

For a newly established Shared Service Center, we are seeking Regular and Senior RTR Accountants who will play a crucial role in building a strong financial foundation for a transforming international organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in general accounting who want to grow in a dynamic, multinational SSC environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Post and review journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities within defined deadlines (SLAs).
- Prepare and post intercompany transactions (invoices, accruals, recharges) and resolve discrepancies.
- Execute bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash accounting.
- Collaborate with AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, and local finance teams to resolve accounting matters.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements.
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for the closing process.
- Identify and drive process improvements across GL, cash, and intercompany activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional experience in an international environment as a Financial Accountant, GL Accountant, Intercompany Accountant, or similar:
- Minimum 3–4 years for Regular RTR Accountant
- Minimum 5+ years for Senior RTR Accountant
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
- Previous experience in transitioning accounting processes between countries, including knowledge transfer, will be considered a strong advantage.
- SAP experience (FI, CO, MM) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent reconciliation capabilities, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (B2- C1 written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving SSC environment.
