Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Manager to run the Data Insights Services Team. You’ll make accurate, on-time reports for sales and supply chain, manage the team, work with different teams, and help improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and interns
• Oversee reporting operations and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
• Drive development of new reports and manage change requests
• Promote data governance and prepare the team for future technologies

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in data analysis or BI, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with reporting tools and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or related field
