On behalf of our trusted client – an international manufacturing company with a strong R&D focus, we are looking for a:

Project Manager /department R&D, Production/

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects related to the development and implementation of new products

• Coordinate activities between R&D, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams

• Plan and monitor project execution against timelines and objectives

• Manage project financial performance, including budgets, costs, and resource utilization

• Manage risks, changes, and challenges in a dynamic environment with a high level of uncertainty

• Maintain active communication with international teams and key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or another relevant field

• Around 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

• Good command of English

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Motivation to develop in the field of innovative and R&D project management
