On behalf of our trusted client, a world leader in railway transport systems and digital mobility solutions, we are looking for experienced candidate to join the company’s growing team in Sofia and to occupy the position of:
Product Introduction Manager
Overview:
In this role, you will apply your technical and project-management expertise to support the successful launch, reliability growth, and warranty closure of company’s products. Working closely with cross-functional teams - including engineering, quality, and operations - you will manage customer interfaces, maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards, and coordinate field activities. A key focus of the position is overseeing the full Project Warranty Work Package, capturing and analyzing field data, and driving continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the implementation of Product Introduction (PI) processes and instructions within the project
- Managing project-specific PI deliverables and ensuring timely execution
- Leading reliability growth initiatives to meet contractual targets
- Coordinating field modifications, retrofits, and incident management processes
- Ensuring the adequacy of customer infrastructure to support PI activities
- Managing and mentoring project-dedicated PI staff
- Ensuring compliance with company’s Zero Deviation Plan and customer EHS requirements
- Identifying potential additional service sales opportunities during the warranty period
Main requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Industrial fields
- Over 8 years of experience in project execution (technical/industrial), with more than 5 years in team management
- Fluency in English
- Strong product knowledge and exposure to EHS principles
- Data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Customer-facing experience and strong field experience
