Process engineer

For our client, international manufacturing company, we are seeking to hire: PROCESS ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement assembly and manufacturing systems in line with lean management principles, in cooperation with technical project leaders
• Develop and execute engineering and process improvement initiatives
• Track process and equipment changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Monitor and optimize assembly processes, material flow, and handling to reduce resource consumption
• Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Supervise and ensure availability and performance of production lines and processes
• Support and improve process capability of assembly and test equipment in series production
• Track, analyze, and improve cycle time and KPIs using Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM)
• Ensure effective training and knowledge transfer across departments
• Create and maintain production documentation (work instructions, plant layouts, P-FMEA, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
• Experience working with international project teams and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in P-FMEA, Cycle time analyses (VSM), Microsoft Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD. 
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
