Manager Performance & Analytics, COE Transport & 3PL

Our client, a top FMCG company, is seeking a Performance & Analytics Manager to analyze transport and 3PL data, provide strategic insights, manage reports, and develop analytical models in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical processes to support CoE objectives.
• Build and maintain cost, efficiency, and forecasting models.
• Analyze data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities.
• Work with the Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate and accessible data.
• Manage full analytical projects – planning, budgeting, execution.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses to management.
• Collaborate with teams such as SC Finance, Procurement, and Data & Analytics.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and visualizations to support better decision-making.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Excellent skills in Excel, big data tools, and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical experience – statistics, modeling, problem-solving.
• Experience managing international teams and projects.
• Ability to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, BI, or performance management, ideally in FMCG.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or FMCG.
• Knowledge of machine learning, automation, or advanced statistics.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Experience in a central/matrix organization.
