On behalf of our trusted client, exclusive distributor of Colgate-Palmolive for Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team in Sofia and manage strategic relationships with major retail chains across Bulgaria.


Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the portfolio of key accounts within major retail chains.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in partner organizations.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Organize and conduct business meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and ensure profitability within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct market research, prepare forecasts and strategic plans, and contribute to sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Work closely with in-house Merchandising team & Regional Sales Executives, in order to ensure in-store excellence of each store in the country.

Key requirements:
 
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields.
  • Previous experience in sales of cosmetic or non-food products is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of English language (verbal and written communication).
  • Clean driving license.
  • Good knowledge in MS office applications.
  • Team player with efficient communication skills.
  • Analytical mind and results oriented personality.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability for fast and proper execution of task.
