Junior Financial Project Coordinator

For one of our clients, a leading international research and consultancy company working with European institutions, we are looking for a Junior Financial Project Coordinator for their Finance & Control department.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and take care of timely and complete invoicing and ensure adequate accountability of the costs of each project.
• Responsible for the complete financial handling of the projects - both national and international under the supervision of the Business Controller,
• Handling of received invoices, processing expense reports, collection and allocation of invoices.
• Assistance in audits - both clients audits of project costs and internal company audits.
• Conducting analyses, both solicited and unsolicited,
• Serving as the central link between the Finance department and the project managers and consultants.
Requirements:
• A bachelor degree (economics /administration) with at least 2 years of work experience in the field of financial administration and projects.
• Acquired knowledge and skills of financial reporting and accounting skills;
• Extensive knowledge of Excel;
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Experiences with EU or EuropeAid projects in an advantage;
• Knowledge of Unit4 is an advantage;
