Customer Operations Specialist – Multiple Teams (German, Italian, French, Greek, or Polish)

For one of our clients, an international company expanding it's office in Sofia and looking for a Customer Operations Specialist. In this role, you will help people navigate their accounts and troubleshoot issues, offering guidance and clear solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues to manage challenging cases and keep everyone informed about new features and offers.

What you’ll do:

• Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone
• Help with account access, payments, and resolving issues
• Inform customers about promotions and maintain relationships
• Work with other teams to solve complex cases
• Stay up to date with new features through training

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of B2 proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Greek, or Polish.
• Proficiency in English: Level B1- B2 at least
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist and support others effectively.
• Willingness to work on shifts (24/7)
