Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, inspections and overhauls across a wide range of equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults like a pro
- Work on engines, pumps, valves, cylinders and more
- Complete PDIs, major inspections and off‑hire checks
- Fabricate, assemble and carry out minor modifications
- Keep top-notch service records and fault reports
- Maintain a safe, clean and efficient workshop
- Occasionally jump in to support field technicians when needed
Your Profile
- A relevant trade qualification in Automotice Mechanics (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with forklifts, material handling and access equipment, or similar (bonus points!)
- Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic diagnostic skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to read technical manuals & schematics
- A commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
