Warehouse Storeperson

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Storeperson, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Picking and fulfilling orders from inventory.
• Assembling, packing, and shipping orders.
• Managing and documenting impaired or damaged items.
• Operating equipment, such as forklifts, to manage merchandise.
• Performing routine maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Conducting inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Assisting the warehouse manager with daily operations and tasks.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A forklift licence and drivers licence (essential).
• Some previous experience in warehousing.
• SAP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

*Please note that as part of the recruitment process, there will be drug and alcohol testing, as well as background checks. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable undergoing these assessments to start in the role.

• Location: Bellevue, WA
• Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Duration : Casual 6-month assignment with potential for extension or permanent placement directly with Alstom (at their discretion).
• Pay Rate : $51-52 per hour, plus penalty rates where applicable.
• Provided : PPE supplied.
• Payments : Weekly payments processed by Adecco for successful candidates.
