Visual Merchandisers - Melbourne Armani Myer

We are seeking experienced Visual Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors for temporary and campaign based assignments working across leading department stores within a defined region.

These roles are ideal for individuals who are brand driven and presentation focused, with the flexibility to support seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, store refreshes, and peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

As a Visual Merchandiser or Brand Ambassador, you will represent well known retail and lifestyle brands on the shop floor, ensuring products are presented to brand standards while delivering an engaging customer experience.

Assignments may range from single day through to multi week campaigns, depending on business needs.

Shift Availability: Must be avaliable on Friday's & Saturday's .

Shifts avaliable: Working up to 3 to 6 hours each shift.

Key Tasks & Duties

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
• Set up and refresh window displays, in store fixtures, and promotional zones
• Execute new product launches, seasonal resets and sale changeovers
• Maintain strong visual standards throughout the trading period
• Replenish stock and ensure correct product placement and signage
• Identify and report visual or stock issues to store or brand contacts
• Work efficiently within tight timeframes, often outside trading hours

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative on the shop floor
• Engage with customers to demonstrate products and communicate key brand messages
• Drive product awareness and sales through confident customer interaction
• Educate store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
• Support promotional activity, events, and peak trading periods
• Provide feedback on customer insights, competitor activity, and store performance

Your Profile

• Experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation or brand activation
• Strong understanding of department store environments
• Confident communicator with a professional, polished presentation
• Able to follow brand guidelines while working independently
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to travel across a regional store network
• Comfortable working early mornings, late nights, or weekends when required
