We’re seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven Commercial/White Collar experience, to take ownership of a defined SME territory across Melbourne’s South East and Eastern suburbs, specialising in Commercial roles across temporary and permanent recruitment.

The Role

Based at our newly appointed Mount Waverley office, this is an end to end recruitment role for someone who enjoys combining business development, account management and delivery excellence.

You’ll manage a Temp desk supporting SME clients whilst also delivering quality permanent outcomes. This role offers autonomy, strong earning potential and the backing of a world class brand.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a high performing temp desk Manage SME clients with ongoing volume requirements, delivering speed, quality, and reliability.

• Run recruitment projects end to end Source, screen, onboard, and manage talent pools to ensure candidates are deployment ready at scale.

• Drive new business growth Win new SME clients within your region through proactive business development, client meetings, and networking.

• Operate as a true 360 consultant Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief and compliance through to placement, follow up, and retention.

• Build trusted client partnerships Deliver consultative recruitment solutions that position Adecco as a long term workforce partner.

Your Profile

• Proven experience managing a temporary recruitment desk You understand volume, urgency, and the commercial realities of temp recruitment.

• Strong 360 recruitment capability Confident across both client acquisition and candidate delivery.

• Commercial and results driven Comfortable managing margins, performance, and growth within your territory.

• Resilient and adaptable

• You thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
