We are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant in Sydney to help support and grow our SME client base.

Responsibilities

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building a strong portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building client partnerships by developing trusted relationships with SME businesses across Sydney

Winning new business by identifying and securing recruitment opportunities using your sales skills

Sourcing top talent by attracting, assessing, and placing high-quality candidates across multiple roles

Managing the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition through to candidate placement

Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies

Driving growth by expanding your desk and contributing to the growth of the SME sector

Your Profile

What we are looking for

We are seeking driven and commercially minded individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment.

You will ideally have:

Strong sales or business development experience with a track record of achieving targets

Experience in 360 recruitment or a strong desire to transition into recruitment

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

A self-starter mindset with ambition to grow a recruitment desk
