Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you’ll be hands‑on in daily manufacturing operations, including:

• Mixing and batching products according to work instructions and batch sheets
• Loading powders, liquids, and additives into mixers and processing equipment
• Manual handling of materials up to 25kg
• Operating and monitoring mixers, pumps, and basic production machinery
• Completing in‑process quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Filling, sealing, labelling, and preparing finished goods for storage or dispatch
• Cleaning mixers, tools, and production areas between batches
• Reporting equipment faults, leaks, or safety concerns promptly
• Strictly following safety, quality, and site procedures at all times

What’s on Offer

$46.81 per hour Day Shift

• 6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am, 3:00pm, some afternoon shifts availble (mainly day shift)
• Ongoing, full‑time hours
• Opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment

Your Profile

• Previous experience working in manufacturing or production environments
• High reach forklift experience and a valid forklift licence (essential)
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting up to 25kg
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• A team‑focused attitude with a strong safety mindset
