About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Payroll / Administrative Officer to join the team based in Bayswater North. This is an ongoing temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, while also providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of payroll and admin, and likes being a key support within a business.



Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, while also providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of payroll and admin, and likes being a key support within a business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage and respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management
  • Maintain, update, and reconcile payroll system data
  • Administer company motor vehicles, including liaising with the lease provider
  • Maintain accurate records relating to company vehicles and associated transactions
  • Prepare payroll and vehicle management reports as required
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and general office duties


Your Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in payroll and administration roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
