We are currently seeking a Logistics Operator to join a high-profile rail manufacturing project with Alstom in Dandenong. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major public transport initiative supporting Melbourne’s growing rail network.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play an integral role within a dynamic warehouse team, supporting the build and assembly of modern rail vehicles for a significant public transport project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect deliveries.
  • Store parts and materials in designated locations.
  • Pick and deliver spare parts to the production team.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and procedures on site.


Your Profile

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Valid forklift licence (essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety.


Location: Dandenong

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension

Work Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $50.70/hr + Super + Loading
