About Us

We are seeking a Japanese Speaking Assistant Manager – Business Development on behalf of our client, an established organisation providing technology and software solutions.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to deliver tailored software solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with an IT background, strong client engagement skills, and Japanese language capability.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Respond to client enquiries and provide troubleshooting support
• Prepare reports and updates for internal stakeholders and management
• Maintain strong service levels and long term client relationships

Your Profile

• Experience in business development, account management, or sales, ideally within IT or software solutions
• Japanese language skills (spoken and written) are highly advantageous
• IT background or solid understanding of software / technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
• Comfortable handling enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially focused
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
