Position Title: Forklift Operator – Warehouse & Manufacturing

Location: Brendale QLD

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 am – 1:06 pm


Type: Casual / Ongoing

Reports to: Site Supervisor

Pay Rate: $32.31

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties:

· Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

· Accurately pick and pack orders according to client specifications.

· Use RF scanners and follow inventory processes.

· Maintain a clean and organised work area.

· Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

· Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

· Adhere to all workplace health and safety guidelines.

Manufacturing Duties:

· Handle cement additives and fill bags of ready-mixed dry product.

· Lift up to 20 kg frequently throughout your shift.

· Operate machinery safely and follow production processes.

· Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

You enjoy hands-on work and take pride in getting the details right. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well in a team, and bring a positive attitude every day. Reliability and safety are second nature to you, and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

What we’re looking for:

· Valid Forklift Licence (essential).

· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

· Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20 kg frequently.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Team player with good communication skills.

· Commitment to safety and following procedures.

· Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
