Foreman / Site Manager

About the Role:

• Supervise and coordinate 10 commercial fitout projects across Brisbane or Gold Coast
• Projects include spec suites, EOTs, make-goods, and fitouts for commercial, health, and university clients.
• Understand services, crawl spaces, logistics, and noise reduction in busy commercial environments.
• Work alongside experienced Directors (project managers) who handle programming and sequencing.
• Opportunity to progress into Project Management with structured upskilling and training.
• Replacement role due to retirement – a chance to join a business that values long-term tenure.

About You:

• Background in carpentry, plumbing, or plastering.
• Minimum 12 months fitout experience.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics, services, and working in commercial spaces.
• Reliable, motivated, and keen to grow in a supportive, family-style business.
