Field ops specialist

Adecco is currently seeking Operations Specialists for a field‑based role at our Brisbane site. The role involves working on the road using a company vehicle to retrieve, relocate, and manage bikes, scooters, and helmets. Duties include collecting damaged or low‑battery assets, redistributing equipment to high‑demand areas, manual handling, outdoor work, and using mobile apps while following all road safety and WHS procedures.

Location: Gold Coast

Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday

Overtime: Occasional weekend overtime available

Hourly Rate: Day shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)

Employment Type: Casual with ongoing opportunities

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and relocate bikes, scooters, and helmets from public locations
• Collect damaged, misplaced, or low‑battery assets
• Redistribute equipment to high‑demand areas
• Load and unload assets into company vehicles
• Use mobile applications to log tasks and asset movements
• Work safely in public environments and amongst crowds
• Follow all WHS and road safety instructions

Your Profile

• Full working rights in Australia (essential)
• Valid Australian driver’s licence
• Physically fit and capable of regular manual handling
• Able to work autonomously and manage tasks independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and amongst crowds
• Able to follow WHS instructions and safety procedures
• Confident using smartphones and mobile applications
