We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded individual to join our clients Operations team in a busy factory environment. This role is key to keeping our production and service areas running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of factory equipment.
- Operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform minor repairs and assemble components.
- Monitor and maintain stock and inventory.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organised and meets safety and quality standards.
Your Profile
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Awareness of health, safety and quality standards in a production environment.
- Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Be part of a supportive and safety-focused team.
