About Us

We are seeking a dynamic DX/BI Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives and business intelligence strategy. This is a key leadership role that will drive data-driven decision-making, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead BI initiatives, including dashboard development, data modeling, and analytics.
• Manage data governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships and technology implementations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to BI and DX teams.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Strong project management skills; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in collaboration on process integration with Japan and other countries.
• Preferably Japanese language proficiency.
