Responsibilities
- Looking after key client accounts across blue-collar environments
- Spending time on-site to understand teams, workflows, and hiring needs
- Sourcing, screening, and placing quality candidates
- Spotting opportunities to improve service and grow your accounts
Your Profile
- You understand blue-collar environments and how sites operate
- You’re a people person who can build trust quickly
- You’re organised, reliable, and take pride in your work
- You’re keen to learn recruitment and develop new skills
- You’re comfortable being on-site and speaking with workers and managers
