Technical Consultant

Our client is an industry-leading solutions provider of digital infrastructure, digital innovations, computer-aided engineering, Autodesk training, applications modernization, audiovisual infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, outsourcing and managed services.

The Technical Consultant - Autodesk will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical consulting services to clients using Autodesk products. The role will involve analysing client requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring clients maximize the value of Autodesk solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud etc.), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver effective training and support to customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements related to Autodesk products. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to improve workflows and productivity.

2.Software Implementation & Configuration: Lead the deployment and configuration of Autodesk solutions, ensuring successful integration into client environments. Customize settings and workflows to meet client specifications.

3.Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and support to clients on Autodesk software applications, ensuring users are proficient and confident in using the tools effectively.

4.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Address technical issues and challenges reported by clients, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and solutions to ensure seamless operation.

5. Project Delivery: Manage and execute Autodesk-related projects from planning through to completion, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met.
