ServiceNow SPM Developer

Adecco Middle East is looking for ServiceNow SPM Developer for our one of the prestigious client in Abu Dhabi.

Position Type:- Contract
Contract Duration:- 3-6 Months extendable based on performance and need

Responsibilities:

Expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization, specifically within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Portfolio Management, Agile Development, and Resource Management. 

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow SPM solutions, including automation and integration with external tools
- Lead implementations, provide ongoing support, and conduct testing for SPM modules
- Optimize processes and recommend improvements for portfolio and project management capabilities
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides

Required:

- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and configurations. S
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules, including PPM, Demand, Portfolio, Agile, and Resource Management.
