Senior Lead - Strategy and Planning

Overall Objective:

• The overall objective this role is to contribute in development, refinement & execution of the GCTTO strategy in line with the org.-wide strategy
• To ensure alignment of the technology strategy with business strategic objectives & commercial priorities and interface with business and GCTTO leadership for cross functional alignment and execution.
• Identify emerging trends and recommend actionable initiatives to maintain a competitive edge for the bank
• Translate complex technology concepts to clear & concise strategic insights across senior and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate long term technological enhancement & decision making

Core Compentencies Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in developing strategy and transformational roadmap
• Experience in strategic planning, innovation and enterprise-wide technology roadmaps
• Strong analytical, program management and stakeholder mgmt. skills
• Preferable to have prior consulting and transformation experience
• Cross functional leadership & ability to embed with business functions with technological inputs
• Preferable to have strong Banking Domain Knowledge

Specific Responsibilities:

• Prepare & support formulation and refinement of the multi-year GCTTO strategy, roadmaps & strategic initiatives
• Contribute towards business case development for strategic initiatives based on financial modeling, cost benefit analysis & risk assessment
• Ensure architecture roadmap is aligned with the business strategy and monitor the execution of strategy
• Establish & monitor key metrics for strategic technology initiatives impact
• Innovation scouting & seamlessly integrating technology with business planning
