Role Purpose

  • Maintain and repair production tools and equipment used in manufacturing.
  • Ensure tools are in good working condition to support uninterrupted production.


Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar production support, maintenance, or tooling role.

Education

  • High School Diploma, apprenticeship, or relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Request and manage spare parts for tools when required.
  • Support fabrication of production support items such as trolleys, bins, and racks.
  • Assist production teams by:
    • Mixing chemicals as required.
    • Collecting and supplying fasteners and cutting tools.
  • Read and interpret tool drawings and specifications.
  • Follow Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) requirements.

General Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support cost-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.
  • Participate in change management and continuous improvement activities.
  • Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) requirements.
