Production Support
Engineering and Manufacturing
Role Purpose
- Maintain and repair production tools and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Ensure tools are in good working condition to support uninterrupted production.
Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar production support, maintenance, or tooling role.
Education
- High School Diploma, apprenticeship, or relevant industry experience.
- Maintain and repair production tools and equipment used in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Request and manage spare parts for tools when required.
- Support fabrication of production support items such as trolleys, bins, and racks.
- Assist production teams by:
- Mixing chemicals as required.
- Collecting and supplying fasteners and cutting tools.
- Read and interpret tool drawings and specifications.
- Follow Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) requirements.
General Responsibilities
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support cost-saving and waste-reduction initiatives.
- Participate in change management and continuous improvement activities.
- Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) requirements.
