Oracle CC&B Specialist

Adecco Middle East is looking for Oracle CC&B Specialist for our one of the prestigious client in Abu Dhabi.

Position Type:- Contract
Contract Duration:- 3-6 Months extendable based on performance and need

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations for complex billing, customer service, and meter-to-cash processes.
- Configure CC&B modules including Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Rates, and Customer Management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements     using CC&B.

Required:

- 8+ years of experience in in Oracle CC&B implementation and consulting, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, and consulting.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle CC&B architecture, functionalities, and configuration.
- Strong experience with utility industry business processes, including meter-to-cash lifecycle.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale CC&B implementations.
