Junior Business Analyst

Power BI knowledge:

• Not looking for a Power BI developer
• Candidate should understand how Power BI works (navigation, data linkage, reports)
• Prior end-user exposure to Power BI is acceptable

Experience Required

• Minimum: 2+ years
• Candidate should not be a fresher and must have basic exposure to corporate working environments

Key Skill Requirements

• Advanced Excel (must-have)

Data aptitude:

• Ability to understand data relationships and linkages
• Comfortable supporting users by explaining dashboards and reports
• Minor report adjustments expected; advanced querying/reporting can be trained

Role Expectations:

• Support and continue existing data/reporting processes
• Help standardize and maintain reporting frameworks
• Act as a bridge between data and business users by walking them through reports and insights
