  • What the client is looking forA highly skilled IAM professional with mandatory OKTA expertise.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end implementations of IAM/IGA solutions (Okta, Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping).
  • Expertise in SSO, MFA, Zero Trust, identity lifecycle management, access governance.
  • Strong technical skills integrating IAM with Azure, AWS, GCP, SaaS and on-prem applications.
  • Ability to write workflows, connectors, rules, automation scripts (SCIM, REST APIs, PowerShell/Python).
  • Strong in HLD/LLD creation, requirement analysis, testing, UAT.
  • Capable of resolving complex authentication & federation issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Presales capabilities: RFP/RFI responses, demos, POCs, solution design, BoQ.
  • Contribute to building the company's IDAM practice, frameworks, runbooks.
  • Strong documentation and client communication skills.
  • Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications in Okta, Entra, SailPoint, Ping, etc.
  • Technical Skills (1–5)Okta (SSO, MFA, LCM):
  • SAML, OAuth2, OIDC:
  • Identity lifecycle management:
  • Integrations (Azure/AWS/GCP & SaaS):
  • Workflow & API scripting (PowerShell, Python):
