Adecco is looking for a Head of Product for a leading tech client to define and execute product strategy across fintech and B2B platforms. This role will drive adoption, retention, and monetization, ensuring the product roadmap is tightly aligned with measurable business outcomes.
You will lead product development end-to-end — from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization — working closely with engineering, business, and operations teams.


Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with growth and revenue goals
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, risk, and ROI
  • Translate strategy into quarterly OKRs and release plans

Customer & Market Discovery
  • Conduct structured discovery through:
    • User interviews
    • Merchant/agent field visits
    • Competitive analysis
  • Convert insights into PRDs, prototypes, and experiments (A/B testing where applicable)

Product Delivery (with Engineering)
  • Drive end-to-end product execution:
    • Requirements → Design → Build → QA → Launch → Iterate
  • Define acceptance criteria, release notes, rollout plans, and training materials
  • Ensure high product quality across:
    • Usability
    • Performance
    • Stability

Analytics & Growth
  • Establish and own product measurement frameworks, including:
    • Fintech metrics: activation funnel, transaction frequency, retention, conversion
    • B2B metrics: onboarding-to-first-order time, reorder rate, basket size, cancellations
  • Partner with commercial teams on go-to-market, onboarding, and growth initiatives

Risk & Compliance
  • Embed KYC/AML, fraud prevention, permissions, and audit trails into product flows
  • Ensure data privacy and security-by-design in collaboration with engineering

Success Metrics (12–18 Months)
  • Improved user activation and retention
  • Increased transaction frequency and conversion rates
  • Reduced time-to-first-order (B2B) and improved repeat purchases
  • Strong release predictability and product quality (low defects/incidents)
  • Roadmap execution clearly tied to measurable ROI

Requirements
  • Proven experience in product leadership roles
  • Strong background in fintech/payments or B2B platforms
  • Expertise in:
    • Product discovery
    • PRD writing
    • Prioritization frameworks
    • Stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Unit economics
    • Funnel metrics
    • Experimentation (A/B testing)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and operations teams
