Direct Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in UAE banking direct sales to promote and sell financial products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Multi-Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products including credit cards, personal loans, and other financial solutions
• Identify potential customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation activities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking policies
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing and approvals
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong incentive earnings
• Good understanding of banking products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
