About the role
Adecco is hiring Commercial Account Manager for our client, a leading Manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth
Overall objective of the Position
As a Commercial Account Manager, the primary objective is to drive revenue and margin growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that target key markets / segments and customers. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors / partners and end-customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve sales targets and build long-lasting customer loyalty. Collaborate closely with the local supply chain and collections teams to enhance financial performance, focusing on reducing overdue receivables and optimizing inventory value.
What you will Do?
- Implement business development strategies for Surface Treatment in the Middle East
- Manage sales in designated territories and segments across GCC countries
- Develop and improve indirect channels’ partners and distributors
- Prepare offers and conduct market and competition analyses
- Provide after-sales support to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and sales hunter personality
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce
- Ability to work and adapt to a multi-cultural work environment
